My client is seeking an experienced Change Manager to join their company on a permanent basis.
Key responsibilities will include;
On going improvement of the Change Management process, ensuring stakeholders and involved and communicated to.
Maintain a change calendar to be developed and housed on Sharepoint. and anticipating the organisations changing business requirements
Receiving, logging and managing all RfCs according to the Change Management process.
All changes must be recorded, risk assessed, categorized, prioritized, planned, tested, evaluated, released, documented and reviewed in a controlled and standard manner as well as holding and chairing CAB and ECAB meetings as appropriate then issuing Change schedules in relation to each IT service and hold all necessary stakeholder updates.
Manages Post Implementation Reviews (PIR) and Service Improvement Plans (SIP), Producing management reports as required
Ensure that your co-workers in projects and business understand and follow all change procedures they are involved with and manage those changes across the business and multiple project streams.
ITIL intermediate service transition qualification is preferred
Technical background is preferred.
Previous customer services experience
Demonstrable evidence of training and performance managing teams in operational areas
Excellent customer service skills
High personal motivation and energy
Empathy to understand issues from both the customer viewpoint and from individuals within the business, and to respond appropriately.
Robust, adaptable and confident with excellent communication skills and the courage of their convictions. The ability to overcome resistance to change is key
The individual must have the forcefulness to deliver on time despite obstacles and challenges
Must have extensive, relevant experience on which to draw.
