This is a dual desk role recruiting contract and permanent IT specialists in your chosen market. You will use your skills and experience to ensure excellent levels of service to clients and candidates, building strong relationships and developing a real understanding of needs and requirements. In addition to this you will build on your understanding of this specialist market to make the most of every opportunity for new business. Your consultative approach will ensure that, not only are you delivering against expectations, but that you are also providing expert advice with a strong solution focus. Applicants must be educated, intelligent and ambitious individuals with at least two years IT recruitment experience, you will have a proven track record of successful billing, be target driven and consistently exceeding targets. Outstanding business development and customer service skills are required together with a good knowledge of IT, excellent time management and the ability to communicate at all levels both verbally and written. The successful candidate will be a motivated and determined individual with a thorough understanding of the recruitment process, a totally focused and dedicated professional with a strong desire to succeed.
